This Revised user agreement will be effective for all users as of October 1, 2019
Vikings Hits is an advertising service platform. All products and services sold are solely for advertising and promotions and for Member Entertainment Value.

Vikings Hits is NOT an Internet Investment Business. It is not compulsory to invest any money and we will not pay you interest on any money you send us. If you purchase goods or services from this website, there will be no element of "investment" in that payment. And the entire purchase price will be for the selected goods or service only!

We do not guarantee any kind of results from using our services. There is NO GUARANTEE that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in any of these programs or associated services. There are also NO Guarantees of traffic amounts or frequency of visits to any advertising purchases As with anything marketing related, it is entirely down to how much time and effort you are willing to put into it that determines how much you get out of it.

This is NOT a multi-level-marketing site, matrix, pyramid scheme, get-rich-quick, auto surf or pay per view site or anything resembling that kind of site. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
1) MEMBERSHIP POLICY
FREE MEMBER or purchasing a Vikings Hits membership upgrade, you agree to these terms and conditions. You DO NOT NOW OR EVER, have to purchase any upgrade to use Vikings Hits services and products.

You understand and agree that your use of the Vikings Hits website is a limited, non-exclusive and can be terminated, for any reason, and without giving you notice, membership.

You are allowed only one account, this means one membership per person or IP address is allowed.
Your Vikings Hits account information must be completely updated with accurate information, including: YOUR REAL first and last name, mailing address, email address and other contact information.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
To open a membership account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining adequate and confidential security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers, or any other codes that you use to access your Vikings Hits account and any of the services. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify Vikings Hits immediately of unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

We reserve the right to delete your Vikings Hits account at any time if you break our Terms Of Service

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
FREE or UPGRADED MUST MAINTAIN AN ACTIVE EMAIL AND ACTIVELY LOG IN ONCE PER MONTH
Free Members who are not active or have not logged in:
- if unsubscribed to our newsletter or email is bouncing account can be terminated.
- have not logged in for 3 months will be suspended and if 6 months will have account terminated.

Upgraded Members who are not active or have not logged in:
- if unsubscribed to our newsletter or email is bouncing account will be suspended.
- have not logged in for 6 months will have accounts suspended.
- have not logged in for 1 year will be reverted back to FREE LEVEL.
- have not logged in for 2 years can be terminated and deleted.

Any member, Free or Upgraded who has not logged in for 2 years will be terminated

Every Member has the right to terminate their membership at any time, simply login to your account click on profile, scroll down and click on Delete my account, then confirm your action.
NOTE: As per our Privacy Policy....Termination of any account is permanent. All encrypted data stored off site or on site will be instantly deleted and cannot be recovered at anytime. You will forfeit all commissions and any unused advertising, referrals and rotating advertising. As well as

Vikings Hits rewards members who introduce others with advertising as a thank you for promoting us. These rewards are for your direct referral signups only as we are not a multi level business.
Vikings Hits does not pay any cash or financial reward for introducing others as this is considered PAY TO JOIN offers.

FREE MEMBERSHIP
It is a members right to stay a free member and they have an equal opportunity with any promotions.There is no direct way to earn commissions from other members purchases of Vikings Hits products or services. Vikings Hits sells advertising products and services only, however, you can use the service to promote your own websites, services or affiliate links for other products that meet our terms and conditions.

UPGRADED MEMBERSHIPS
Upgraded members will receive extra advertising and a faster surf timer.If a member purchases an upgrade greater than a month then the member is required to log in and the advertising allocation will be automatically provided. Vikings Hits offers upgrades for members to choose from, however, all upgrades have the same commission level. Every member has the choice, at any time, to remain upgraded or return to a FREE Member Status.

If you no longer wish to be upgraded you can:
Log into your payment processor and cancel your subscription. At the date your Upgrade ends you will be returned to a FREE Member level. You can upgrade again anytime you wish.
NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to cancel any upgrade or product subscriptions at your processor account, any additional payments if you fail to cancel will not be refunded.

TERMINATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You can terminate your membership at any time Simply go to your Profile and Unsubscribe.
NOTE: This is permanent, your membership will be deleted. You will forfeit any and all access, advertising, referrals, commissions and rights to use Vikings Hits.
NOTE: All personal information is stored off site in encrypted format as a Security Measure for our members. When you delete your membership this file is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered, it is permanent.

Vikings Hits CREDITS/ADVIEWS
Vikings Hits works on a credit or ad views based system on the premise of
"You View Other Member's Offers To Gain Credits Or Ad Views"
"You Use Those Credits/Adviews To Promote Your Offers For Others To View"

A "Vikings Hits Credit/Adview" have no monetary cash value. Credits/Views may be part of a membership package, purchased, earned or won as prizes or in promos by surfing only.
Upgraded Member Bonus Advertising will be added to members account upon monthly login. If upgraded member does not login each month, that month's credits will be forfeited.
Vikings Hits is a Traffic Exchange. It is extremely important as an advertiser to keep your sites in rotation and just as important to Vikings Hits.
Therefore as a Traffic Exchange, we reserve the right to log into and assign credits in our members' accounts.

2) AFFILIATE POLICY:
Vikings Hits does not offer an affiliate program to FREE MEMBERS
there is no direct way for FREE Members to earn commissions from other members purchases

Vikings Hits does offer an affiliate program to UPGRADED MEMBERS.
Commissions will be earned from direct referral purchases only at the same percentage rate for all upgrades There is no Increasing Commission Rate

Vikings Hits sells digital, advertising products and services only, and pays commissions on those sales
Vikings Hits does not pay commissions on any third party product or service members promote.
These include websites, services or affiliate links to other products that meet our terms and conditions.

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS AND GAMBLING COMMISSIONS
Vikings Hits cannot continue paying members who just surf for cash and expect to be paid. If you promote Vikings Hits and generate sales from your direct referrals then we are happy to share the bounty, BUT we cannot continue to operate by paying members who only surf for cash and nothing more.

Vikings Hits pays Upgraded Members for Direct Referral Purchases known as Referral Commissions
Vikings Hits does not pay cash for just Clicking prizes (Gambling) Win/Claim Commissions

Any member who is owed commissions and requests a cash payout, must have generated these earnings from Referral Purchases in order to receive a cash payout. These new terms apply to all commissions regardless of when they were earned. No earnings from referrals purchases then you don't get paid.

PIGGYBANK BALANCE
A new LFMTE feature that allows you to make payments using our IPN system. Any funds in Piggy Bank can only be used for onsite purchases, no cash payouts will be made on Piggy Bank Balances. You may use the payment methods linked to your Piggy Bank account to fund your Piggy Bank. You can transfer money to your Piggy Bank account from a credit card, Visa debit card, Mastercard debit card You can transfer Regular Commissions to your Piggy Bank but this is a manual process and will receive a Bonus 10% on amounts over $2.00 The amount transferred will be held as a balance in your Piggy Bank account.

3) ADVERTISING POLICY
Vikings Hits will take measures to prevent offensive information and advertising, and has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable. Vikings Hits is hosted in the U.S.A. as such this is an ENGLISH ONLY website. Sites not in English will be deleted.

Vikings Hits can not be held accountable or responsible if a member is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues. Members must ensure that you possess all rights and authority to place advertisements on the Site, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and contractual rights. Vikings Hits simply provides the space to place advertisements, and has no other relationship with advertisers.

We allow members (Advertisers) to display their advertisements and other information in specific areas of Vikings Hits including sidebar, banner, text ad, splashpage, login and startpages, members area, or surf area. Advertisemnets in these areas are called (MEMBER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS), including but not limited to text, writings, testimonials, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or other material. Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. posts, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to Vikings Hits. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary

Members/Advertiser take full responsibility for any advertisements, any services provided or products sold through their advertisements on Vikings Hits.

No content on Vikings Hits that is not in ENGLISH Only
No Bit Coin Miner program that auto download mining code or an on/off switch
No HYIPs, Investment Auto Surf Systems or Gifting Programs
No false, inaccurate, or misleading advertisemnets
No advertising that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18
No Adult Content, Sexual Oriented Materials/Services, Dating Sites
No Obscene, Hate, Violence, Racial Intolerance advertisements
No nsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials,chain letters
No Matrix or Pyramid Programs, Randomizers, Cyclers, Ponzi Schemes
No Revenue Share or Rev Share Sites or Other Get Rich Quick Schemes
No Advertising Site That Pays on More Than One Level (MLM Sites)
No Gambling or Lottery Sites
No google adsense ads with in any advertisment or site google policy No Sites Promoting Pirated Software
No Viruses, Trojans, or Spyware or hidden code inside ads
No Sites That Does Not Load or Takes to Long to Appear
No Sites With Anything That Must Be Closed Before Surfing Can Continue
No frame-breaking or redirection sites
No Invalid Websites, Website Not Viewable, Suspended Websites
No Page not found errors / or incorrect URLs,
No Exit surveys - Pop-ups - No Pop-unders - No Exit Pop-ups
No Fly In Ads or Floating Ads that move on the screen
No Auto Play Audio Or Video - All Must Have On/Off Switch
No URL Shorteners similar to Bitly, TinyURL, AdFly, Google, Tiny.cc
No Ad Sites or Pages That Display More Than 10 Ads on a Page
No autosurf sites must be manual click sites only
No PTP Sites or Cyber Chain Letters
No PTC Sites That Offer Rented Referrals
No auto-responder email returns to email received by you
No spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks, email capture software
No sites attempting to initiate non-requested downloads

SPAMMING:
We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email addressed that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmissions.

We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements.

We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on forums, message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such rooms.

Your Vikings Hits membership account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a verification link in an email sent to you as part of the registration process. By doing so, you are agreeing to accept email from Vikings Hits which will include system messages and marketing information, offers and Vikings Hits news. This is not spamming you, if you feel it is then terminate your membership.

Free members can not opt out of emails but you may cancel your membership.
Upgraded members can choose to receive emails or not by editing their profile.

Any user threatening or reporting Vikings Hits for sending spam or UCE or Unsolicited Commercial Email will have their account terminated. Furthermore, all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or reputation of Vikings Hits or Owners.

SURFING:
The use of (but not limited to) artificially accumulating credits or prizes to their account through programs that require no clicking, let someone else log into their account to surf, using programs or several windows to surf faster than your timer allows are strictly prohibited, and any member who is found using such a program will be suspended and investigated. Possible termination will result.

Falling below 85% accurate icon matching clicks, failing to stop at Surf Verify Pages, Verification denials over limit will auto-suspend your account. If this happens and you're a new member and just started surfing, just send a ticket and I will fix it, but veteran members who have surfed a lot will be suspended if this happens.
Surfing in a minimized window is not allowed and will cause a pop up at each click.

CHEATING:
Cheaters and Cheating Will Not Be Tolerated
We belong to an Owners Community that actively share cheaters who are caught on other traffic exchanges.
As a part of this group we share name, user name and reasons with proof. Any proven cheaters from other exchanges will be suspended immeadiately and investigated. If suspected cheater has cheated Vikings Hits they can be terminated.
Cheating will result in your account being suspended or deleted immediately.

PROMOTING:
To gain referrals you may promote any of the Professional Material found under Affiliate Tools in a responsible manner. Upgraded members are paid for direct referral purchases.

You may not promote Vikings Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Vikings Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Vikings Hits account and possible legal action.

You MUST NOT AND CAN NOT add Vikings Hits email address to any mailing list
Doing so will result in your immediate membership termination.

Rotators no more than 10 websites or content and no other rotators within may be submitted. All websites or content included in submitted rotator must comply with the Site submission policies found above. Any Rotators found to not meet this policy risks being deleted along with any advertising views assigned to it. Entire rotator will be deleted if any URL inside is reported or breaks these terms.

Banners must display correctly and match the URL content; and the URL must meet the above requirements. Banners must fit the proper display size for that type ie: 468X60, 125X125, 600X300.

CHAT AND SOCIAL NETWORKING:
The chat is a great social platform for networking and entertainment, but it is not for advertising. You may not use it for promoting products, sites, offers or referral links are not allowed. Talking about drugs, sex, violence, racial slur, hatred or anything illegal is not allowed, and some topics such as politics is best not discussed in chat. That does not mean people can't discuss news or everyday things, but personal political views and opinions should not be discussed.

Socail Platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc)
Vikings Hits does not have any connection with these programs, members agree to follow all Rules and Regulations these programs have in place.

Treat others with the same respect you expect to be treated. If asked to change the topic - then change it
Chat is not a place to create disputes, take it to a side skype or chat between the 2 parties involved.
Do not bully, harrass or make others feel uncomfortable, chat is a means to share but not openly humiliate.
Breaking the chat rules, you may be blocked from using the chat, but the rest of the site will be available.
Second time breaking the rules of Chat may result in permanent ban from chat and/or termination.

OBSCENE AND OFFENSIVE CONTENT
We are not responsible for any obscene or offensive content that you receive or view from others while using our website. However, if you do receive or view such content, please report the url in surf area, so that we can investigate the matter.

SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but are not obligated to:
(1) monitor the Site for violations for any of these Terms of Use;
(2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use, including
(3) report such members and sites to law enforcement authorities unless it is illegal or will cause harm to members
(4) at our discretion, refuse, restrict, limit , or disable any Contributions or any portions thereof
(5) at our discretion remove from the Site any content that are excessive in size or are burdensome to our systems
(6) manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights, property and facilitate proper functioning of the Site.

The above Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on Vikings Hits constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Vikings Hits. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such rights or provisions. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights between and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or party of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability or any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.
